What funding(s) are available for the NovaAir?
Subsidies in Germany: The NovaAir heat pump is subsidized by the German government through the new BEG subsidy with grants of up to 70% if a heating system is replaced. 30% basic subsidy for the replacement of old heating systems with renewable energy sources (e.g. air/water heat pump); +20% climate bonus (for the replacement of intact oil, coal, night storage or >20 year old gas heating systems if implemented by 2028 and only for owner-occupiers); +5% efficiency bonus for heat pumps (only for heat pumps with natural refrigerant such as R290 propane e.g. NovaAir or geothermal heat pumps); +30% efficiency bonus for heat pumps (only for heat pumps with natural refrigerant such as R290 propane e.g. NovaAir or geothermal heat pumps).e.g. NovaAir or geothermal heat pumps); +30% income-related bonus (for taxable household income below €40,000 per year). These subsidy rates are cumulative, but the maximum subsidy rate is limited to a maximum of 70% . For single-family homes or for the 1st party in a multi-family home: investment costs can be subsidized up to a maximum of €30,000. In the case of multi-family houses, the maximum eligible expenditure is increased by €15,000 each for the 2nd to 6th residential unit and by €8,000 each from the 7th residential unit.
Subsidies in Switzerland: NovaAir is subsidized in Switzerland with grants of up to CHF 8,000, depending on the canton, municipality and location.

Is there a warranty for the NovaAir?
Within our regular manufacturer's warranty period of 2 years, you have the full right to free replacement and repair in case of material and manufacturing defects. Because service is one of the most important factors for us, we offer you a voluntary subscription to Regli "CareFree", where you receive an all-inclusive 15-year manufacturer's warranty from us for an annual fee. With the "Basic" service subscription, which is subject to a fee, you can extend the warranty period to a total of 5 years for an additional charge. The "Standard" service subscription, on the other hand, offers the 5-year warranty as standard.
Can radiators and panel heaters be used efficiently with the NovaAir?
the NovaAir heat pump is versatile and can efficiently heat radiators as well as panel heating systems, such as underfloor heating. Thanks to its advanced technology and variable power adjustment, the NovaAir can optimally meet the temperature needs of different heating systems.
For radiators, heat is efficiently distributed via convection, while panel heaters allow heat to be evenly distributed across the floor. The NovaAir adjusts its output accordingly to achieve the desired room temperature in both cases. Its high efficiency ensures optimum use of the heat generated in the process, so you can benefit from the advantages of the NovaAir in both heating systems - whether in the form of pleasant radiant heat or rapid room temperature adjustment.
What maintenance is required for the NovaAir?
To ensure the long-term performance of your NovaAir, we recommend annual maintenance by experienced technicians. This inspection includes checks, cleaning and, if necessary, replacement of components. Regular maintenance will help maintain the efficiency of your heat pump and extend its service life.
Can the NovaAir also be used for cooling?
The NovaAir heat pump can not only heat your rooms, but also cool them. Thanks to the reversal function, it can reverse the heat exchange process and transport heat from the interior to the outside. How does heating with the NovaAir work?
